We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on employee benefits, compensation, and payroll issues.
  • Complete payroll.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process all necessary paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Three years paid experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
  • Proficient skill in the use of computer and typing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
