As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and driven HR Generalist to join our team and help elevate our HR operations.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, orientations, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR processes, familiarity with ADP systems (preferred), and a passion for fostering a productive and supportive work environment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (9am-5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
  • Orientation Coordination: Lead and enhance new hire orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute monthly initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, promoting a compliant workplace.
  • HR Administration: Utilize ADP systems for tracking, reporting, and managing HR data. Prior experience with ADP is preferred.
  • Collaboration: Partner with management to address employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide support on performance management and development.

Qualifications:

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience (2+ years in HR roles).
  • Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance and HR regulations.
  • Experience with ADP systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
