As an
HR Generalist
at MEA RHQ, you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR reporting. This position is based in Dubai, UAE and is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
What You'll Do
Recruiting / Talent Selection (60%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including headcount approvals, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.

Promote internal career opportunities and employee referral programs.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of recruitment activities and metrics.

Coordinate background checks and pre-boarding engagements.

Liaise with external search firms when necessary.
Onboarding (10%)

Conduct HR orientation and support managers in onboarding new hires through structured programs such as OJT, mentoring, and open communication.
Employee Connect (10%)

Facilitate employee relations and support leaders in resolving workplace issues.

Contribute to action planning based on employee survey results.
Other HR Support (20%)

Analyze exit interviews and turnover metrics to identify flight risks and improve retention.

Support HR initiatives including engagement surveys and assessments.

Prepare regular HR reports and maintain organizational charts.
What You Should Have

Min. 4 years
of relevant HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluency in
Korean and English
