Human Resources Generalist | Liberty Service Partners | Onsite in Dallas, TX
Liberty Service Partners is a growing platform of residential home services companies, supporting strong local brands across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, power, and related trades. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to lead and support full-cycle HR operations for our Bell Division.
Position Overview
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, consistency, and strong employee relations. This role partners closely with leadership and operations teams to support a positive workplace culture while maintaining best-in-class HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle HR operations for the assigned division, including employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes
- Lead and administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and ongoing benefits support
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant outcomes
- Oversee workers’ compensation claims, reporting, and coordination with carriers
- Ensure compliant onboarding processes for new hires, including background checks and employment verification
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in the HRIS
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers, providing guidance on policies, employment law, and best practices
- Support policy development, updates, and consistent application across the organization
- Collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives tied to growth and operational needs
- Travel as needed to support field locations and leadership teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle Human Resources experience required
- Proven experience managing employee relations, benefits administration, open enrollment, investigations, workers’ compensation, onboarding, and background checks
- Strong working knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
- Experience managing HRIS platforms required; Paycor experience is a strong plus.
- Experience within the home services industry (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX, with occasional travel
