Starbridge is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our Organizational and Workforce Development team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, and employee support — all while contributing to a mission-focused organization that serves our community.

What You’ll DoBenefits & Leave Administration

  • Support Open Enrollment in partnership with HR Leadership
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment through self-service platforms
  • Manage mandatory training leave notifications and tracking
  • Process unemployment and workers’ compensation claims
  • Coordinate ACA year-end documentation

Employee Support & HR Systems

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors
  • Provide support within HR systems such as ADP and RELIAS
  • Manage FOB administration
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and employee data

Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare and file required regulatory reports (ACA, EEO-1, etc.)
  • Distribute compliance notices in accordance with federal and state mandates
  • Support annual policy and handbook updates
  • Conduct audits of mandatory training completion

What You Bring

  • Associate’s Degree preferred (High School Diploma required)
  • Minimum three years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience with ADP or similar HRIS preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Work Environment

This position is performed in a professional office setting and requires extended computer use.
