1. Workforce Planning, Recruitment & Records Management
Lead and execute the plant workforce hiring plan in line with operational and commissioning requirements

.Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant operations, maintenance, technical, and support functions, including high-volume hiring where required

.Coordinate and manage external recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and other hiring partners

.Ensure all candidates meet required qualifications, certifications, and competency standards, particularly for safety-critical and technical roles

.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company standards and Omani labour regulations
.2. Onboarding & Training Coordinatio

nOversee employee onboarding, HR induction, and site orientation programs for new hires
