Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site HR point of contact for all depot employees, managing daily HR inquiries and employee relations.
• Handle attendance tracking, overtime validation, shift coordination, disciplinary meetings, and workplace investigations.
• Support conflict resolution and ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including hiring documentation, medical checks, site induction, and exit clearance.
• Validate attendance data and coordinate with Payroll on overtime, leave balances, deductions, and final settlements.
• Support recruitment activities for blue-collar roles (technicians, welders, operators, maintenance staff), including interview coordination and participation in technical assessments.
• Assist in performance review cycles, identify training needs, maintain a training matrix, and coordinate technical and safety training sessions.
• Ensure HR compliance with site health and safety regulations, manage return-to-work cases, oversee employee medical insurance enrollment, distribute insurance cards with proper acknowledgment records, and follow up on medical approvals. Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and disciplinary cases.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in an HR Generalist role, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance environment. Proven experience managing a blue-collar workforce is a strong advantage.
