Position Overview
The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for supporting a range of
HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee development, organizational growth, and creating an engaging environment that promotes both individual and team success.

Experience:

• Human Resources: 2 years (Minimum Required)
• SHRM/PHR: Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred

Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Expected Hours: 40 Hours a week/ Monday - Friday

Duties

• Managing employee files and maintaining compliance with HR policies
• Coordinating benefits administration and employee benefits enrollment
• Assisting with performance evaluations and performance management initiatives
• Facilitating conflict resolution and addressing concerns related to the work environment
• Utilizing HRIS systems and human resources information systems to manage employee data
• Coordinating hiring processes with Recruitment Specialist and onboarding new employees
• Supporting career development initiatives and monitoring employee performance and growth
• Advising managers on employee management issues
