Supervise the Recruiter by coaching them on phone etiquette and techniques, ensuring their duties are completed, and reviewing their phone calls.

Assists the Recruiter in candidate selection, placing employment advertisements, and interviewing

Ensures all paperwork on new hires is completed properly

Maintains OSHA logs and coordinates all Worker’s Compensation claims, including ensuring doctor’s appointments are kept and employee is eligible to return to work

Coordinates all employee leaves, including disability, maternity, FMLA, etc. and provides the necessary paperwork and information needed to all employees in partnership with Payroll

Maintains and ensures confidentiality of employee personnel and medical files

Recommends and coordinates disciplinary action to supervisors in accordance with corporate policies and procedures manual

Administers policies according to executive level direction

Responsible for employee relations, staffing, training, safety, labor relations, and employment records

Ensures all information posted is up to date and keeps up with any changes

Ensures annual safety and training information is distributed and up to date

Ensures annual safer sharps evaluations are completed

Ensures proper retention of all employee, medical, OSHA, and other applicable records and documents

Ensures EEOC reports are maintained and filed accordingly

Ensures OSHA logs are filed yearly and maintained accurately

Listens, troubleshoots, and follows up with any employee inquiries and complaints and ensures resolution according to policies and procedures

Assists with ensuring proper staffing of various departments by communicating any suggestions or issues with Director of Operations and Company President

Ensures that all work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times

Ensures all employees and supervisors follow all policies and procedures

Assists in obtaining documents, evidence, and files for any pending lawsuits and creating responses in partnership with company attorneys, Director of Operations, and Company President

Conduct quarterly safety committee meetings
