HR & Culture Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Bilingual HR & Culture Specialist to help support our employees, strengthen company culture, and build scalable HR processes for the future.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, approachable, and passionate about creating a positive workplace environment.

Position Summary

The HR & Culture Specialist will oversee daily human resources functions while helping foster a strong, collaborative, and high-performing company culture. This role will work closely with leadership and employees across all departments to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and emotionally intelligent — someone who can manage HR responsibilities while also building trust and strong relationships throughout the organization.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & Operations

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll coordination, PTO tracking, and benefits administration
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed
• Support compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations
• Help improve internal HR systems and employee processes

Recruiting & Hiring

• Coordinate recruiting efforts across departments
• Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Assist hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Support a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding

Culture & Employee Engagement

• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
• Organize employee events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives
• Support employee communication and morale across departments
• Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution when needed
• Help leadership strengthen retention, accountability, and employee satisfaction

Performance & Development

• Support performance review processes
• Assist managers with employee coaching and development initiatives
• Help coordinate onboarding and training programs

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
• 3+ years of HR, People Operations, or related experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing company environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, logistics, hospitality, food & beverage, or related industries
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations
• Experience supporting a bilingual workforce

Pay: $57,781.63 - $69,586.47 per year
