As an HR Generalist, you play a vital role in shaping the employee experience at ChildCareGroup. From hiring and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, your work ensures our people practices are consistent, equitable, and aligned with our mission and values.

What You’ll Do

  • Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and pre‑employment processes.
  • Maintain HR data systems and ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of employee records.
  • Administer HR programs such as benefits, performance management, training, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Partner with leadership to improve processes, address employee concerns, and strengthen workplace culture.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of HR experience with knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A professional, adaptable, and mission‑aligned approach with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
