Fully Remote (East Coast Preferred)

3–4 times per year to Nashville, TN corporate office
Compensation:
$80,000–$100,000 base salary + bonus + comprehensive benefits

HR Generalist

Position Overview
The HR Generalist will serve as a key partner across the organization, with a strong emphasis on
onboarding and employee lifecycle management
, while also supporting a broad range of HR functions. This individual will help build and maintain HR processes that scale with growth, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & New Hire Experience
Lead and manage the full onboarding process from offer acceptance through first 90 days

Coordinate new hire orientation, systems access, and documentation

Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance employee engagement and retention

Employee Relations & Support
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters

Assist in resolving employee concerns with professionalism and discretion

Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture

HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries

Performance Management & Development
Assist in performance review processes and employee development initiatives

Partner with leadership on employee engagement strategies

Recruiting Support
Collaborate with talent acquisition on scheduling, candidate experience, and onboarding handoff

Help support hiring initiatives during periods of rapid growth

Process Improvement & Projects
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency

Participate in HR projects tied to company growth and scaling efforts
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role

Strong experience with onboarding and employee lifecycle management

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborative

HRIS experience (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar) preferred

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
