Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dependable and people-focused Human Resources professional to support daily HR operations and help build a positive workplace culture. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, general HR support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, recruiting, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Respond to employee questions and provide HR support
• Coordinate training, meetings, employee programs
• Assist with performance reviews, and employee development
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Develop , implement, and oversee safety programs aligned with OSHA standards.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
