Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing HR services for our clients, including employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration.

Base pay: $60,000 to $75,000.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment, claims resolution, and communication.
• Support clients' ongoing training & development initiatives
• Handle employee relations issues
• Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws such as the FMLA.
• Assist in performance management processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a variety of areas within human resources
• Knowledge of employment law
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
• Eagerness to help clients by being proactive, through research and problem-solving

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
