Human Resources Generalist

Your expertise will support talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and strategic HR planning. Responsibilities

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment questions and coordinate leave requests and related documentation
  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through Indeed and LinkedIn, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires with engaging employee orientation programs.
  • Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting positive communication across teams.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment law (FMLA, OSHA regulations) and affirmative action planning to ensure compliance and fairness.
  • Support performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, training & development sessions, and succession planning strategies.
  • Lead change management projects related to organization design, workforce management and performance management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, and OSHA standards.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Demonstrated skills in talent acquisition, employee evaluation, benefits administration, and conflict management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools such as Lever or Trello to coordinate HR initiatives efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, contracts management, and administrative tasks.
