Position Summary:
Physicians Revenue Group is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations and contribute to a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. The HR Generalist will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, benefits support, assist with coordination of employee recognition programs, and HR process improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts within the applicant tracking system including job postings, usage of the AI Screening tool, interview schedule coordination and the offer process.
- Conduct new hire orientation, ensure completion of onboarding documentation and new hire set up and training in the HRIS.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Maintain and coordinate service awards and employee recognition programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture initiatives.
- Assist with conflict resolution and employee relations matters in a professional and confidential manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS accuracy and compliance.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare industry regulations.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and HR documentation management.
- Support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives.
- Assist with leave administration and tracking.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a Generalist or HR support role
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
Preferred:
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
- Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or revenue cycle management environments
- Experience supporting multi-department operations
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
