Outreach is hiring a Full-Time Human Resources Generalist at the Central Office to support recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records management, compliance monitoring, and staff engagement activities. This position serves as a key resource for employees and supervisors while helping ensure HR operations run efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer and support Outreach's internship program.
- Maintain HRIS and employee records, including Paylocity administration.
- Maintain personnel files and assist with compliance and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate background checks, employment screenings, and employee documentation.
- Support staff engagement initiatives, training events, and employee communications.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Or SHRM-CP certification.

Minimum three (3) years of HR experience preferred.

Experience with recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll support, and compliance.

Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/ATS platform required.

Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
