Basic Scope / Purpose
Staci Americas is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, performance management, and HR operations. This role partners with leadership and employees to support company goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
· Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
· Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Work Environment
· This is a hybrid position that requires both on-site presence and remote work based on business needs.
· Typical work environment includes both professional office settings and active warehouse operations.
Physical Demands
· Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
· Regular use of computers, phone, and warehouse visits and walking in high-volume areas.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
