Are you passionate about supporting employees and your own HR team members to drive organizational success? We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to serve as the first point of contact for HR services in our Lacey HQ office - someone who is approachable, resourceful, and enjoys working with people. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, confidential environment and is eager to contribute to a team committed to developing, retaining, and valuing our staff.
Required Education and Experience
Within Washington State government, the Human Resource Consultant Assistant job class series is considered paraprofessional level. The professional HR level begins at Level 1 of the HR Consultant job class series.
