Compensation & Benefits
HR Generalist

Full salary range: $65,000–$98,800

Expected hiring range: $68,000–$83,000 (commensurate with experience)
Senior HR Generalist Candidates Also Welcome

Full salary range: $77,866–$116,800

Expected hiring range: $81,000–$108,000 (commensurate with experience)
*Eligible for discretionary annual bonus

Summary of Key Outcomes
The HR Generalist is a key contributor to the HR team, supporting the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, on boarding, multi-state payroll, maintenance of policies and other HR documents, and benefits and leave administration.

Ensures internal policies are well-written, current, compliant, and understood across the firm.

Ensures employees receive accurate and timely compensation.

Provides hiring teams with the support and guidance needed to attract, hire, and onboard top talent.

Maintains data integrity within internal systems.

In partnership with the HR team, continuously improves the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR operations as the firm grows.
Qualifications
-
4+ years of HR experience, including benefits administration, payroll, policy administration, and employee experience.

Proven strong foundation and knowledge of HR principles and practices. SHRM-CP or similar certification is a plus.

Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements in Washington/Oregon, with interest in learning wage and hour laws in other states.

Strong customer service mindset.

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with empathy, discretion, and diplomacy.
