We are seeking a detail-driven, service-oriented HR Generalist with strong experience in HR operations and benefits administration to support our growing North America employee population (approx. 1,500 employees). In this role, you will be a key contributor to the day-to-day operational excellence of the HR function, ensuring employees have a seamless, high-quality experience across their lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding.
You will support critical processes related to benefits, compliance, HR systems, employee data, reporting, and policy execution. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys problem-solving, building efficient workflows, and supporting a fast-paced, tech-focused organization.
Manage day-to-day HR operational activities including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee data updates.
Support the administration of all North American benefit programs including health, dental, vision, disability, FMLA/leave programs, retirement plans, commuter benefits, and wellbeing initiatives.
Work with external benefits brokers, vendors, and carriers to support escalations, audits, and process updates.
Employee Support & Experience
Assist with HR communications related to benefits, policy changes, org updates, and program launches.
3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in HR operations, benefits, or HR coordination roles.
