We are looking for a UAEN HR Generalist with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The role will support day-to-day HR activities and help implement HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in manpower planning and budgeting aligned with business needs and Emiratization goals
- Manage the full recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
- Assist in implementing compensation and benefits frameworks
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with guidance to managers
- Support performance management (goal setting, reviews, improvement plans)
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
- Manage payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies
- Support Emiratization initiatives and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Drive employee engagement and morale initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
- Assist in updating job descriptions and role evaluations
- Manage employee exit processes, including final settlements and visa cancellations
Requirements
- UAEN (mandatory)
- 4-5 years of HR generalist experience
- Good understanding of labour laws and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment
