Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and energetic HR Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Ideal Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in Health Care Facilities.

Should be able to join immediately and willing to relocate.

Job Location : Shakhbout City, Abu Dhabi

Job Type : Full Time/Permanant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, performing background and reference checks, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Managing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Records Management: Maintaining accurate digital and physical personnel records, including data entry into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Employee Relations: Serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Monitoring labor law changes, assisting with audits, and producing regular reports on general HR activity.
  • Training Coordination: Organizing logistics for staff training, seminars, and professional development sessions.
  • Benefits & Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing and acting as a liaison between employees and insurance/benefit providers

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Typically 2+ years of administrative level HR experience is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint) and any HR Software .
