Human Resources (HR) Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team. As part of this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while enhancing organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects.

• Maintain and update records using HR information systems (HRIS) with precision and attention to detail.

• Perform data entry tasks to ensure HR documentation is organized and easily accessible.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve workflows.

• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations as needed.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Monitor and manage HR documentation to ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

• Proven experience in human resources administration, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) for data management.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations.
• Familiarity with conducting background checks and managing sensitive information.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
