Human Resources (HR) Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day HR tasks efficiently while contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Support management with HR reporting and analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws in Pakistan
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
