Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day HR tasks efficiently while contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Conduct performance evaluations and support appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Support management with HR reporting and analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws in Pakistan
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
