About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive/Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR (at least 1–3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, word ,excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
