Post :- Human Resources HR - Female.

Experience :- 2 to 6 Years

Location :- Hinjewadi , Pune.

Education:- B com , MBA - HR , Graduate , Post Graduate.

We are looking for a service that are essential for our organization daily work and day-to-day operations. You will review HR , Manpower plan , Daily schedule , Documentation related work. For this role, you should have good knowledge of employee relations and manages benefit programs , MS office , good communication, follow up. Ultimately, you’ll create and maintain good relationships with team , improve output of manpower and boost office work.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain the Attendance , Salary , Onsite manpower data , Allowance data.
  • Handling employee compensation and benefits.
  • Follow Up - All team members and co ordinate with accounts dept.
  • Knowledge of PF , PT , WC policy.
  • Able to handle disputes and conflicts of employee & resolve the issues.
  • Arrange events , celebrations and festival functions.
  • Maintain the office up to date & work friendly environment.
  • Handle the travel & accommodation of employee and man power with team members.
  • Prepare and maintain - Salary slip , Leave calculation , maintain registers of employee - Wages , Leave , HRA etc.
  • Knowledge of all employee policy , safety policy , gate pass documentation.
  • Offering employee job/career development.
  • Addressing work-related issues of individual employees
  • All basic activities related to HR - Calling , Data Maintaining , E mails , Documentation. - Followup.
  • Developing policies that affect a working environment company-wide.
  • Maintain meeting and records of office.
  • Take care of Customer requirement, documentation , stationery and office work.
  • Continuous follow up.
  • Good written and verbal communication and computer skills.
  • Maintain employee data - behaviour , technical for salary increment and process.
  • Great organizational work.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as HR.
  • Great Communication Skills - Fluent in Languages - English , Hindi , Marathi.
  • Good in people handling , manage team , follow up , Calling and maintaining records and reports in excel.
  • Benefits and advantage if well known to advance Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with Computer.
