Join our growing team as an HR Generalist supporting all aspects of HR operations. You’ll help with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits coordination, and compliance support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and growing their HR career in a fast-paced small business environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain HR records and systems accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist with benefits and plan administration, including employee inquiries.
  • Support employee engagement activities, training, and company events.
  • Help administer the annual performance review cycle and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, required reporting, as well as with company policies.
  • Support HR projects aimed at improving efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 2–4 years of broad operational HR experience.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of employee benefit plans and related compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Interest in career growth within HR and continuous learning.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $80,000, and may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, Federated Wireless considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
