Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role (minimum 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of HR principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
