Key Responsibilities
The HR Intern will assist the HR team with the following duties:
- Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level positions.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with the onboarding process.
- HR Administration & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., HRIS).
- Assist in organizing and filing confidential HR documents.
- Prepare and process routine HR correspondence and reports.
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives.
- Support the coordination of training and development sessions.
- Project Assistance:
- Support the HR team on special projects related to policy updates, performance management, or compliance initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
