About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process — posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, offer letters, and documentation.
  • Learn and contribute to HR policies, payroll coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support the HR team as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or pursuing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior internship or coursework in HR will be an added advantage.
