Overall Objective
To provide support to the ECCO Americas People & Culture team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including resume searching, reviewing, and interview scheduling.
Create, maintain, and audit personnel records as necessary.
Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and faxing.
Organize and distribute benefit packages.
Assist with HR administration and reporting, including unemployment claims, verifications of employment, etc.
Facilitate archiving of HR files and maintain inventory lists.
Support employee recognition efforts, including service awards, weddings, birth announcements, and retirements.
Conduct research for HR-related special projects.
Take on other duties as assigned.
This position will last til around March 2026 with possibility to extend. This is also a part time role****

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in a customer service, administrative support or HR assistant role, but not required.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist-height on an occasional basis.
