Wellbeing

Design and implement wellbeing initiatives for both Store and Services Office teams, covering key dimensions of wellness (emotional, physical, social, financial, mental).

Create and maintain a Wellbeing Calendar aligned with organizational priorities and employee needs.

Partner with external experts and partners to deliver impactful wellbeing programs.
Employer Value Proposition (EVP) & Employer Branding

Work on the organization’s EVP strategy to strengthen its positioning as an employer of choice.

Plan and implement EVP-led campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Identify and drive key employer branding pillars aligned with organizational values and people priorities.
Content & Communication

Develop creative, engaging, and impactful communication content for engagement, wellbeing, and employer branding initiatives.

Manage storytelling and content creation that highlights the culture, people, and purpose of the organization.

Collaborate closely with Partner / Agency to align internal and external messaging.
