Summary

Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications to ensure timely and clear messaging with hotel colleagues

Contribute towards day-to-day HR activities, including record maintenance and employee relations

Support the team during payroll processing

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Human Resources.

Strong attention to detail with good organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with MS Office along with ability and willingness to learn HR systems
