Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is a unique role where you will learn and manage Recruitment functions to deliver on client-facing Recruitment and staffing projects.

This position is ideal for someone with a mindset to become HR and recruitment who is ready to step into a leadership role in future and learn the business side.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Screening & Recruitment:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Handle recruitment for internal positions as well as client requirements.

2. Client Requirement Understanding:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Ensure clear understanding of client expectations to source the right candidates.

3. Interview Coordination:

  • Conduct initial rounds of interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Share feedback and recommendations with the hiring team.

4. Communication & Coordination:

  • Attend calls and respond promptly to candidate queries via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Provide candidates with details about job roles, responsibilities, and hiring processes.

5. HR Operations & Attendance Management:

  • Maintain employee attendance records and assist in daily HR operations.
  • Support basic HR administrative tasks as assigned.

6. Data Management (MS Excel):

  • Maintain and update candidate and employee data using MS Excel.
  • Prepare basic reports and track recruitment progress.

Candidate Profile: Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: Freshers.
  • Education: Graduate/ Undergraduate.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey client requirements clearly.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
