Human Resources Intern

As an Intern, you will support various departments by assisting with day-to-day tasks, special projects, and administrative duties while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This role is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of the business, build foundational skills, and contribute to team objectives through collaboration and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist various departments with administrative tasks, data entry, and project support as needed.
Attend meetings, take notes, and help prepare reports or presentations.
Conduct research and compile information to support ongoing projects.
Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to gain hands-on experience in different areas of the business.
Complete other duties as assigned to support overall team and organizational goals.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems or process mapping tools is a plus
