Human Resources Intern

Internship Overview:

The People Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team in planning and executing HR principles and confidentiality for Power Home Remodeling. The intern will work closely with the team to assist in maintaining employee files, creating solutions proposals, and supporting compensation and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping to prepare HR reports and documents
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives as assigned
• Work closely with the human resources manager.

Internship Details:

• 10 week Internship Program: June 8th 2026 - August 14th 2026
• This is a fully in-office position at Power’s Headquarters located in Chester, PA.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to clearly convey information and listen actively
