Human Resources Intern

Duration: 3-6 Months (extendable based on performance)

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands on exposure to HR processes in a fast paced, multicultural workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with HRBPs to understand business objectives and support HRBPs in managing day to day HR operations in all HR related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
• Serve as a point of contact for minor HR related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate information and escalating issues as needed
• Ensure that all requests for services are completed within an appropriate time frame
• Handling all Exit Interviews and other Exit Interviews as needed
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, which will further contribute to process improvements
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement events
• Assist in compliance activities related to the Labour Law
• Support in documentation, record keeping, tracking and following up on open HR tasks till closure

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and Labour Law
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
