Human Resources Intern

Are you an aspiring HR professional who is ready to move beyond the textbook and into the heart of a global travel-tech company?

As a Human Resources Operations Intern at arrivia, you will not just be observing from the sidelines. You will be a hands on contributor to our People Team. This role is designed specifically for students who have a genuine passion for HR as a career path. You will work on-site at our North Scottsdale headquarters and gain real world experience in how a high-performing HR department functions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Growth & Development: You will collaborate with our leadership to help draft and refine employee development plans.
  • Operational Integrity: You will assist in reviewing accountability standards to ensure our teams are set up for success.
  • Data & Reporting: You will use Excel to build reports that help us track HR metrics and project progress.
  • Project Management: You will support the team in executing various HR initiatives from beginning to end.
  • People Support: You will engage with different departments to understand their needs and support the overall employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Current Student: You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR Focused: You have a clear desire to pursue a permanent career in Human Resources.
  • Detail Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and can manage sensitive information with care.
  • Strong Communicator: You can express ideas clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences.
  • Previous Experience: A previous HR internship is a major plus but is not required.
