Responsibilities

• Assist with talent acquisition processes including sourcing candidates and supporting interview scheduling and coordination
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Help manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, facilitating conflict resolution, and supporting communication efforts
• Aid in benefits administration tasks such as data entry for benefits enrollment
• Participate in project management initiatives related to change management, succession planning, or affirmative action planning
• Support compliance with employment & labor law standards including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences
• Demonstrated organizational skills with experience in data collection, data entry, and administrative tasks
• Familiarity with HR software platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Paychex, or Kronos is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Enthusiastic about learning HR best practices including training & development, organization design, and workforce management strategies
