Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and talent management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Support HR projects related to talent acquisition, training, and employee development.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and HRrelated documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment.
