We are looking for a polished, articulate, and proactive HR Intern to support our human resources team. This role requires a professional demeanor and excellent English communication skills, as you will be interacting with candidates, employees, and leadership regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination (screening, scheduling, and initial outreach).
- Maintain records and databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support onboarding and orientation.
- Prepare HR documents (letters, reports, presentations) in flawless English.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for employee inquiries.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Excellent spoken & written English (you will be assessed during the interview).
- Presentable, professional appearance and attitude (in-person or on video calls).
- Recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Good to Have:
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or administration.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS tools.
