Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help administer HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in the performance management process.
- Support in drafting internal communications, policies, and HR documentation.
- Conduct market research on HR trends and best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
