What you need

• Currently pursuing an education in Business Management, HR Management, or Industrial and Organizational Psychology
• Ability to work 20-30 hours a week
• Proficient in MS Suite
• Maintain confidential information
• Ability to communicate professionally with others
• Multi-task and meet deadlines
• Work well individually and in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to innovate and create processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee files and data
• Onboard and offboard employees
• Perform audits
• Assist in the talent acquisition process
• Assist in administering benefits
• Complete various federal and state compliance tasks
• Interpret and communicate company policy
• Attend college career fairs and other recruitment opportunities
• Promote company culture
• Occasional Short Travel
