Human Resources Intern – Potential for Full-Time Role (Full Time, On-site, I-8/4 Islamabad)

We are looking for a proactive and eager HR Intern to join our People team. This is a hands-on, full-time internship designed specifically for fresh graduates as a direct pipeline to a full-time career. You won't be fetching coffee. You'll be learning the fundamentals of Human Resources by supporting our growing team of tech professionals and digital marketers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions, posting openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, and proactively sourcing candidates to build our talent pipeline.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate seamless interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding Experience: Help create a welcoming experience for new hires by preparing onboarding materials, facilitating first-day introductions, and ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems, helping us stay organized as we scale.
  • Culture & Engagement: Contribute to projects that enhance our vibrant workplace culture. This includes organizing team-building events, supporting internal communications, and planning company celebrations.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and assisting with daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in BS Computer Science (CS), BS Information Technology (IT), Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources, Psychology, Public Administration, or Commerce (B.com) are encouraged to apply. (Current students, please do not apply)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You know how to write a professional email and are comfortable talking to people at all levels.
  • Organization: You are detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks without letting anything fall through the cracks.
  • Tech Comfort: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new HR software and tools.
  • Discretion: You understand the importance of handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
  • Attitude: A proactive, can-do attitude. You're not afraid to ask questions, and you're eager to learn from experienced mentors.
