Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join us in Riyadh. The HR intern will join our dynamic Human Resources team and play a vital role in supporting the department's daily operations. This entry-level position will provide valuable hands-on experience and an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of HR functions.
As an HR intern, you will be involved in various aspects of HR, assisting with administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support in various HR functions.

Assist in the recruitment process.

Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization.

Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.

Participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational development.

Assist in managing employee attendance.

Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and internal communication.
Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
