Human Resources Internee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing AI tools across HR functions (recruitment, screening, reporting, analytics)
• Support automation of HR processes and documentation
• Analyze HR data and generate insights using AI-based platforms
• Train HR team members on AI tools and digital systems
• Coordinate with IT and management for digital transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• MBA / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, HR software, etc.)
• Interest in HR technology and digital transformation
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Fresher
