Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring effective recruiting and interviewing practices.
  • Manage employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment laws.
  • Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Handle employee relations issues by addressing conflicts effectively and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Conduct training & development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations while managing workers' compensation claims as necessary.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA regulations and OSHA standards.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict management, and employee relations.
  • Experience in talent management processes including succession planning and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as Dayforce or Kronos is preferred.
  • Proficient in data analysis skills for effective decision-making based on HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience using various HR software platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian is advantageous. Join our team as we strive to create an engaging workplace where employees can thrive!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
