HR Manager – Job Description

Position Overview:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, develops HR policies, manages employee relations, drives recruitment, and fosters a positive workplace culture to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

* Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.

* Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.

* Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits effectively.

* Design and implement training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.

* Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.

* Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

* Problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

* Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

* Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

* Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
