Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Kapodra Head Office (overseeing all centers)

Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead and oversee all HR functions across all Candor IVF Centers from the Kapodra Head Office. The role requires at least 2 years of HR experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multi-center HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all centers.
- Build talent pipelines and coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure the right talent is attracted, retained, and developed.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee employee records, attendance, and HR databases across all centers.
- Ensure timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Draft HR communications, policies, and official letters.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and implement employee engagement programs to foster motivation and retention.
- Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances promptly.
- Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
4. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure all centers comply with company HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR documentation for audits and legal compliance.
5. Performance Management & Training
- Lead performance appraisal processes across centers.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Support leadership in succession planning and employee growth initiatives.
6. Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR strategy.
- Drive initiatives that support organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-center operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to manage multi-center HR responsibilities effectively from head office.
